Order Processing

Production Time: Because each item is printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Quality Check: Every piece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure color accuracy, print clarity, and construction quality.
Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country])
Standard Shipping:
- Cost: Flat rate of $4.99
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: Flat rate of $12.99
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days after processing
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping:
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Transit Time: 10–20 business days after processing
Duties & Taxes:
- International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in your shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to update the address. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Stolen: If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your items upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and product within 5 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
